Vegetable Soup
Soup is a great way to get a heap of nutrients into your body while greatly helping your body fat loss efforts. As you all know, the dinner meal ends up being relatively small and the more convenient it is the better. Soups are also great in winter, try this simple recipe from Reiko's Kitchen. You can add and replace what you like, remember, make a different flavour every time otherwise you will get bored and look for alternatives that may not be as healthy for you.
Ingredients;
1 x Carrot1 x stick of Celery1 x Tomato1 x Onion1 x clove of Garlic1/2 cup of Parsley1/2 cup of Coriander1 litre of boiled water1 x tablespoon of canola oil1 x stock cube (Chicken or Vegetable or Beef)Method;
In a pot fry the garlic and onion with canola oilAdd water and 1 x flavoured stock cubeAdd vegetables bring to the boil then turn back to simmerAfter approximately 20 mins remove from heat Blend contentsServeGarnish with pepperEnjoy, let us know your favourite combinations! Enjoy!
