Vegetable Soup

Soup is a great way to get a heap of nutrients into your body while greatly helping your body fat loss efforts.  As you all know, the dinner meal ends up being relatively small and the more convenient it is the better.  Soups are also great in winter, try this simple recipe from Reiko's Kitchen.  You can add and replace what you like, remember, make a different flavour every time otherwise you will get bored and look for alternatives that may not be as healthy for you.

Ingredients; 
1 x Carrot
1 x stick of Celery
1 x Tomato
1 x Onion
1 x clove of Garlic
1/2 cup of Parsley
1/2 cup of Coriander
1 litre of boiled water
1 x tablespoon of canola oil
1 x stock cube (Chicken or Vegetable or Beef)
Method;
In a pot fry the garlic and onion with canola oil
Add water and 1 x flavoured stock cube
Add vegetables bring to the boil then turn back to simmer
After approximately 20 mins remove from heat 
Blend contents
Serve
Garnish with pepper
