1. Whisk oil, egg and honey together gently until honey is dissolved into the mixture.2. Stir in the wholemeal flour, coconut and milk, then add the sultanas3. Grease a mini muffin tin lightly with coconut oil and then fill each case 3/4 full of the mixture you just mixed4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until risen and golden
