Apricot Balls

No added sugar, nothing but three main ingredients and whatever you choose to coat them with. A great nutritious sweet treat when you have that "gotta have a cake" feeling. Your friends will love them and won't know that they are super healthy which in most peoples minds is code for cardboard right?

Ingredients:

Apricots - 1 cup
Sultanas - 1 cup
Almond slithers - 1 1/4 cup
Dessicated coconut - 1/4 cup
Cacao powder - 1/4 cup
Almond slithers - 1/4 cup
Coconut oil - 1 desert spoon
Nutritious sweet without sugar

Method:

Blend 1 cup of sultanas, 1 cup of apricots and 1 cup of almond slithers until they become a paste
You will need a strong food processor to do this, best on pulse mode
When finished blending place paste in a bowl
No added sugar, just healthy sweets
Coat your hands with the coconut oil
Extract a teaspoon of paste mix and roll the paste in the palms to form a ball, a little smaller than a golf ball size
Roll the formed Apricot ball in your choice of coating, Cacao, Coconut or Almond
