11/01/2014 - Finding the right PTBrisbane weight loss specialists PT

Some of us look for a Personal Trainer because, well, everyone else is doing it, some, because we lack the will power or knowledge to reach our fitness goals or some of us because we looked in the mirror and finally saw what has been steadily happening over time.  What ever your reason, the right decision can be critical in reaching your health and wellness goals, remaining injury free and not going bankrupt!

What to look for, well, depends on your fitness goals of course.  Firstly check the Personal Trainer's qualifications, investigate the company they learnt their skills from.  Do they look fit and healthy, you want someone who walks their talk right?  Can they give you information about the past personal training clients so you can check on their expertise, style and success rate?  Can you afford them, it is no good fixing one problem, your health, to cause another, financial stress.  Are they flexible in their times and availability, what training services do they offer.  Most importantly, do they complete a pre screen health assessment prior to deciding to take you on as a client and will they tailor a program to your needs not just a one size fits all?

Remember there will be times when you mightn't like the personal trainer or what they are asking you to do, so this Person must be someone you can trust and feel comfortable with.

Usually your friends or someone you know is a good place to start, this reduces the gamble on whether or not they are any good or worthy of your time, energy and hard earned cash.

Does the PT educate you and make it so you will always have to pay to be trained and told what to eat and think?
